Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, Chapter 3 – Swimming Through the Forest
JJK Modulo Chapter 3 sends Yuka, Tsurugi, and Maru on their first joint mission exorcising a cursed spirit in landlocked Gifu, specifically a man-eating shark swimming through forests instead of water. On the train ride over, Tsurugi explains to a confused Maru that cursed spirits only appear in Tokyo, though he quietly suspects the anomaly may be connected to the Simurians. The trio arrives and encounters the bizarre forest-dwelling curse, forcing them to cooperate despite Tsurugi’s lingering distrust of Maru. The mission serves as an early test of the group’s uneasy but growing teamwork.
